Our local Village Vet Whittlesford practice has a great team of vets, nurses and receptionists dedicated to providing a high level of compassionate care for your pets. Our team has established a trusted reputation in Whittlesford and surrounding areas in Cambridge. A reputation we endeavour to uphold.

We are part of a veterinary group but we have a strong local focus and are committed to serving our community. That’s why we mainly employ local staff with a deep understanding and connection to Cambridge. As a partner owned practice, we operate fairly independently from the group. This means we can make local decisions that take into consideration the impact on our community. The managing partner and vet, Reynier Oelofsen, lives locally in Cambridge too.

Village Vet Whittlesford has undergone a major rebuild in the past few months resulting in a modern state of the art hospital. Final work is still underway on the grounds and car park, but the Hospital is fully functioning and provides a great environment for our clients, staff and most importantly the pets.

The new Hospital at Whittlesford is now open 24 hours a day to offer full emergency cover. With staff onsite and working all the time we are there for help and advice at any time day or night.
